Refunds & Cancellations

We offer you unlimited revision for every order you place on designsutlet.com website and the opportunity to cancel your order and request for a refund, which is only possible during the design process and before the order is delivered. However you will have to pay a 10% service charge of your original order fee when you request for a cancellation or refund.

No refund or Revision will be issued:

  • When order is completed and final files are sent to customers email account.
  • when order is placed and there is no response from buyer, order will be marked as complete automatically after 7 days of last response from customer unless we agreed with customer in case he need time for review or for anything else.
  • When a customer provide a concept or idea for a design, which is referred to as custom order design, after final delivery and the customer requires revision or refund we will do no refund or revision, but in a case the customer place an order with us without no design request, and we created and deliver the ordered design based on our professional experience, if the customer request for a revision or refund we will be happy to provide un revision until the customer is satisfied or provide a refund after a 10% standard service charge.

If you dispute any payment you have made to us for our services (by, for example, initiating a chargeback), we hereby reserve the irrevocable right to:

  • Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your Account with us; and/or
  • Rescind any or all metrics you purchased from us.

If we decide to cancel an order, your payment method will not be refunded. If you engage in any fraudulent activity through or in relation to the Website or our services (e.g. by placing orders using a stolen credit card’s information), we will immediately terminate your account with us; no exceptions.
